Work for Thales for over 15 years, in that time I had many roles and responsibilities Including Writing, and deliver training for our TIMS product, plus Windows technical training to on site engineers, been involved in many IT projects including the running of network across the UK. Some of these projects I have personally taken responsibility and accountability for and delivered, ensuring all team members have to chance to contribute using Agile Scrum methods. Worked closely with customers directly to ensure compliance over a wide variety of issues. My positive approach has won me a series of Thales rewards for outstanding leadership and contribution.

Information Assurance Manager for DMS \ Product Owner

This role also leverages my previous roles within Thales UK. Thales now classifies any system which processes business information and which is not currently fully supported by the central Information Systems (IS) function as a Business Managed Network (BMN).  Given the growing cyber threat faced by Thales UK. The role of the Information Assurance manager is to ensure governance is being followed, to ensure the security of all our information systems, to ensure solutions are as effective and cost efficient as possible - hence this joint project has been set up between IS and Engineering functions in order to improve the way that our CBUs manage the performance and security of their BMNs. In which I am the Product Owner of the BMN portal, working with in Agile Scrum Framework to continually improve and update the portal to create the best possible user experience while working remotely at home during the COVID 19 pandemc.

The Product Owner is the person responsible for managing the Product Backlog. Product Backlog management includes:

Product Backlog, clearly expressing Product Backlog items, Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions. Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs. Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next.

AVS UK TMIS/MTS Building Block Owner & Technical Lead Engineer and TMIS Trainer

Technical lead for DevNet & MTS network across 6 military sites in the UK, managing day to day work activities, managing upgrade projects. Managing a small team of three engineers. 

Building Block Owner for TMIS software, collecting requirements from customers and organising a team of two developers, Using Agile Scrum to achieve delivery deadlines. I was also responsible for delivering product training and wrote and delivered a series of training courses.
